A developer who can work towards improving our user facing features.

What We Expect

Outcomes:

• Communicate with designer for improvements in the designs
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Improve designs while implementing
• Write clean code that can be easily understood by non programmers
• Communicate with backend devs to finalize APIs & data structures
• Communicate with users & testers to figure out bugs and fix them
• Propose UX improvements & ideas
• Optimize page loading times
• Create responsive implementations

Competencies:

• Mainly work with: HTML, EJS, SCSS, TypeScript, Webpack, PIXI.js, Browser Dev Tools
• Optionally work with: Node.js, Sentry, Eslint, Stylelint,
• Has an eye for design, is careful, detail oriented, responsive, good English, proactive, collaborative, learns new tech
• Willing to follow established patterns and best practices

Hiring Process

Here's what the typical process looks like:

3. We will give you a challenge to see your skills and ask for an iteration
4. Video call with one of the co-founders
5. Paid part-time project with the team
