A Product Manager who can manage and solve our product problems.
What We Expect
Outcomes:
- Solve player and product problems
- Take high level direction or potential solutions; then define, prioritize, and execute
- Oversee product and maintain high quality
- Research, decide on data requirements, experiment, collect and analyze data
- Conduct A/B tests
- Make data validated, hypothesis driven, experiment tested product decisions
- Ensure that the product efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals
- Communicate with the team to ensure feature implementation & high product quality
- Communicate with players, testers & community
- Conduct competitor analysis
- Think about impacts and edge cases of features
Competencies:
- 2 years of experience working on a product that generated revenue
- Mainly work with: Github, Discord, Metabase, Google Analytics, Figma
- Excellent English & communication skills
- Logical, analytical thinker, strong judgement, results focused, problem solver, proactive, collaborative, responsive, resourceful, adaptable, organized, detail oriented, has awareness of style, follows product trends, a rhino, has an eye for design
