If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please read our policy to see your options.

Our goal is to be completely transparent and fair with our customers. Therefore, if you feel you have been harmed in any way, we will try our best to find a solution that suits you.

The following terms are applicable to any products that you purchase with us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 1 week of purchase AND with less than 1 hour of playtime.

Conditions for Refunds

There are different conditions depending on the purchase type, as detailed below:

  1. Membership and Subscriptions
  2. Refund claims for recurring services will be considered only if the following conditions are met:

    1. The claim is made within 1 week of purchase or automatic renewal.
    2. Games and features within the subscription have not been used during the current billing cycle. A game is considered used if it has been played.

  3. Expansions, Maps, Colors and Avatars
  4. Refund claims for Expansions, Maps, Colors, and Avatars will be considered only if:

    1. The claim is made within 1 week of purchase.
    2. Purchased content has been played or used for less than 1 hour.

  5. Colonist Coins
  6. Refund claims for Colonist coins will be considered only if:

    1. The claim is made within 1 week of purchase.
    2. Coins have not been used or consumed.

  7. Gifts
  8. Refunds are not available for gifts, including but not limited to:

    1. Gifts purchased directly
    2. Gifts earned through events (e.g., tournament rewards)
    3. Gifts awarded by admins (e.g., for good sportsmanship)

For purchases made with Colonist Coins we will evaluate your claim and in case it is approved we will return the coins to your in game wallet.

Other Considerations

  1. We reserve the right to refuse any claims that do not meet the above conditions.
  2. Players who have been banned or have violated the terms and conditions may not be eligible for refunds.
  3. If your claim is accepted, note that refunds will only be given once. If we find that you might be abusing this policy as a way to get free content, we may refuse your claims.
  4. Online interactions are not qualified as a reason to refund. If you feel that other users are violating the code of conduct, you can report/mute them in game (refer to FAQ).
  5. Any activity on your Colonist account is your responsibility. To keep it under control and prevent unauthorized access, keep your devices secure and do not share passwords or account information with anyone. You are responsible for keeping the information you provide us up to date and correct. If we suspect that your account is being used for fraudulent purposes, we can suspend or terminate it to protect you. If you suspect fraudulent activity on your account, please contact us as soon as possible.
